Do you want to try your hand at growing food indoors this winter? Sprouts are the perfect way to get started growing food indoors, and they are fun to grow too. Sprouts can be used in lots of recipes and make delicious additions to salads and sandwiches – and they are super healthy.

As for the seeds, you can find seeds that are specifically made for sprouting at your local garden center or online. Lots of seeds can be used for growing sprouts, but my favorite types are broccoli, radish (which are wonderfully spicy), alfalfa, and clover. You can also buy a sprouting mix, which is a great way to try a variety of seeds for sprouting. Just make sure to use organic seeds for growing sprouts.
